Attorney Lucinda H. Buckley Returns to Practice At Buckley, Mendleson, Criscione and Quinn, P.C.

Representing Clients for Social Security Disability Benefits

ALBANY, April 25, 2018 — Attorney Lucinda Hillerman Buckley, who has been associated with Buckley, Mendleson, Criscione and Quinn, P.C. (BMC&Q) in Albany since 1997, has returned to active practice at the firm. Between 2004 and 2017, Buckley had not been in active practice. At BMC&Q, Buckley is representing claimants in applications for Social Security disability benefits.

Earlier in her career with BMC&Q, Buckley was an associate attorney. Previously, she was

a sole practitioner in her own practice, focusing on real estate transactions, and matrimonial and family law, while maintaining an ‘of counsel’ relationship with BMC&Q. Before working with BMC&Q, Buckley served as an associate attorney with D’Agostino, Hoblock, Greisler & Siegal, PC, and, before that, with Shanley, Sweeney and Reilly, PC.

Buckley is admitted to practice in courts in New York State and Massachusetts, and before federal courts in the Northern District New York and the U.S. Supreme Court. She earned a bachelor of science degree from the University at Albany (SUNY). She received her law degree from Albany Law School. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.
